Zain KSA has inked an exclusive partnership deal with OSN, through which its mobile and fiber (FTTH) subscribers will enjoy free access to the OSN app. As per the agreement, Zain KSA’s 5G network and fiber subscribers will be able to enjoy access to the application for 12 months without any additional costs, while other subscribers will gain free access to the application for a duration of two months, after which they may subscribe through in App. stores direct carrier billing as per their needs.
This deal comes in time with Zain KSA’s celebration of the first anniversary of its successful 5G network roll out, having achieved global and local recognitions since its launch to this day, as the company has not stopped updating, developing and expanding its service to which it became synonymous with the 5th generation network and for the best performance in the region and the world.
The CEO of Zain, KSA Eng. Sultan bin Abdulaziz AlDegaither, said, “This exclusive partnership agreement will further support our strategic goals of enhancing the quality of life for Zain KSA’s customers, and will contribute towards the realization of the Saudi Vision 2030’s targets aiming to develop varied entertainment opportunities that cater to all tastes and preferences.”
On the other hand, the CEO of OSN, Patrick Tillieux, declared, “The partnership with Zain KSA is a big step for us in the deployment of our OSN app. It comes at the right time of acceleration of the content offering of OSN. Traditionally we have been the preferred entertainment platform for unique movies and series from the greatest studios like Disney, NBC Universal, HBO, MGM and Paramount, but we now go one step further by bringing the Disney+ Originals at the same time as the US with for example the Star Wars series Mandalorian in its second season.
