Uruguay continues leading Crunchyroll’s audience worldwide

The Crunchyroll platform, specialized in the anime industry and available in more than 200 territories and countries, reported today its Q1 2020 audience report. According to the information, Uruguay continues to be the Latin American country that records the highest number of views per subscriber on the platform.

Other countries in the region that are between the top ten in terms of user views are Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic, which share their leadership with other countries such as India, the Philippines, Italy and Poland.

Globally, Crunchyroll reported that its users spent 85 minutes a day watching their content during Q1. Some of the most watched titles on the platform were ‘Attack on Titan’; ‘Black Clover’; ‘Darling in the Franxx’; ‘Dr. Stone’, ‘Naruto’, and other series.

The platform also detailed the most watched titles in countries that did not record the highest number of views in the top ten positions. In Mexico and Brazil, some of the 10 most watched titles available on Crunchyroll were ‘Attack of Titan’; ‘Black Clover’; ‘Boruto: Naruto Next Generation’; ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’; ‘Hunter x Hunter’, and others. Crunchyroll also gave this information in other countries and territories, such as Spain, Canada, Russia, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and others.

In Q1 2020, as officially reported, Crunchyroll recorded more than 50 million  users and a catalog with more than a thousand available titles.
