Totalplay adds Amazon Prime Video to its new Unbox packages

Mexican company Totalplay (Grupo Salinas) announced on Wednesday its new ‘Totalplay Unbox’ plans, which include the Amazon Prime Video membership. As they officially reported from the company, Totalplay Unbox will also offer, among its benefits, access to Amazon Music and Twitch. ‘With these new packages, subscribers will be able to get their Amazon Prime membership included, all in one place and with a unified account statement’, they reported from Totalplay.

With Amazon Prime, Totalplay customers will be able to access shopping and entertainment benefits, including free shipping with no minimum purchase values, exclusive discounts, Amazon Prime Video series and movies to watch on up to three devices at the same time, and two million songs without ads with Amazon Music. In addition, it will also be possible to access Twitch with the Prime membership. Once the Totalplay Unbox package is hired, the company’s customer must create and activate an Amazon account to access all these benefits.

In addition to integrating these offers into a single account statement, Totalplay’s interactive TV platform is also adding the Prime Video app directly on the screen, to enjoy available content without interruptions. Totalplay also offers speeds of up to 500 megabytes through fiber optic to access exclusive titles on Amazon Prime Video, including ‘El Presidente’; ‘Como sobrevivir soltero’; ‘La Jauria’ and ‘Pan y Circo’, and series like ‘Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan’; ‘Hunters’ and ‘The Boys’.

Apart from the already known and valued offerings, Totalplay gives its customers connectivity technology including WiFi repeaters on all its STBs. Amazon Prime membership is included, available from August 18th.
