The Cook Book Keralam will air on Zee Keralam Middle East as of next week. The show is produced by Absolute Frame and will air from Monday to Friday.

The new cooking show will showcase a wide range of recipes from international, fusion and Malayalee cuisine put together by Chef Picco Alapattu, an Executive Chef from Gulf Court Hotel. Mrs World Isha Farha, host of the cooking show, will bring to the audience some colourful and flavourful food that food lovers will relish.

Each episode will explore the taste that gives each dish its identity.
