Telkom Kenya will provide its new customers free 1.5 GB of data over three months. The data will also be obtained with a minimal charge of KES 20.
“We welcome new subscribers to the Telkom family, to experience our voice and data propositions at an introductory offer, before they make an informed decision of their long-term bundle of choice,” says Telkom’s Director of Marketing, Eric Achola.
Telkom’s pre-paid offering includes bundles and VAS products such as the Mzito bundle, the PAWA bundle, and the ShowMax Pro Mobile Data.
The third-largest Kenyan carrier has since announced a smartphone deal with Huawei, Infinix, Xiaomi and Tecno brands to give customers the option of taking advantage of a variety of competitively priced Internet-enabled devices, ranging between KSh.13,000- KSh30,000.
