Mexican Grupo Televisa has officially announced this last Wednesday, June 16th, the expansion of the telecommunications company izzi’s offer to the Mexican city of Guadalajara.
‘Izzi announces its arrival in one of the main cities in the country, Guadalajara, fulfilling its commitment to offer attractive high-speed internet packages, unlimited calls and the best entertainment to millions of households. Izzi’s offer includes more and better connection, communication and entertainment services and, due to its features and price, it is already an important competitor in that market’, they reported from Televisa.
With the announcement, izzi’s clients in Guadalajara will be able to have an internet offer of up to 1,000 megabytes with unlimited telephony; access to the entertainment platform ‘izzitv Smart’, which allows its subscribers to enjoy the content of different OTTs, including Disney+, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video; and premium channels like HBO and Star; access to the sports channel ‘afizzizados’, which broadcasts all the matches that Mexican clubs Atlas, Chivas and Tigres play as locals in the Mexican Professional Football League (Liga MX), as well as a weekly NFL game; and extra megabytes for izzi customers, as well as an additional discount for those who carry their phone line from another company.
In addition, izzi’s customers in Guadalajara will also be able to access the offer of ‘izzi movil’, the company’s bet in the mobile market, with an unlimited data, calls and messages service, available for a MX $ 250 (USD 12) monthly subscription.
