After announcing its first original Latin American series production in Peru, Telefónica (Movistar) presents Ruido Capital, its first original series made in Colombia. According to the company, the new production will have six episodes in its first season. Its premiere is scheduled for November and will be available to Movistar customers in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay through Movistar Play and Movistar Series.

Many of whom enjoy exclusive content through the TV platforms and the Movistar Play app, the company’s commitment to exclusive content, in Spanish and of the highest quality’.
Joanna Lombardi, Telefonica’s Head of Fiction for Latin America, said: ‘We are very happy to announce this first series in Colombia, a series that we produce with a first level team, including the best talents of current Colombian TV and cinema. Through Movistar Play and Movistar Series we intend to be the largest dissemination window for Latin American talent, not only artistic, but creative and technical’.
Ruido Capital is a story created by Mauricio Leiva-Cock, and directed by Argentine Ana Katz and Uruguayan Pablo Stoll. According to Movistar, the series is a comedy about adolescence, music and friendship, set in Bogota during the 1990s.
