Apple TV+, Apple’s new OTT launched last November 1st, announced the launch of Slow Horses, its first international series, starring English actor Gary Oldman. This is a new British spy drama, produced by See Saw Films. The number of episodes and the release date were not announced yet.

The show follows a team of British intelligence agents who serve in a dumping ground department of MI5 – Slough House. Oldman will star as Jackson Lamb, the brilliant but irascible leader of the spies who end up in Slough House due to their career ending mistakes.

The series is an adaptation of Mick Herron’s novel, ‘Jackson Lamb’, and was commissioned by Apple’s  International Video and Europe Director, Zack Van Amburg, and Jay Hunt.
