Roland Garros arrives at Brazil with Vivo and BandSports

The French Tennis Federation (FFT), responsible for the Roland Garros tournament, launched exclusively in Brazil its OTT platform “RG Ao Vivo”, with access to locker rooms, interviews, historical finals archives and the 841 live matches broadcasts in the 2019 edition. The competition will be held between May 20th and June 6th, and the OTT is now available.

The entity, responsible for the tennis tournament, ran an agreement with the operator Vivo to sale a complete OTT package for the competition, which will also be broadcast on pay TV, through BandSports. Those who want to access the contents have two possible options: pay one USD 7.5 subscription and access the entire tournament, or pay a USD 2.7 daily subscription. Through its Vivo Valoriza program, in partnership with the French Tennis Federation, it will offer the opportunity to customers who are subscribers of the application to get tickets to the finals and other tournament matches, as well as experiences such as a backstage visit. Content will be also available on the website, exclusively to Brazilian population.
