According to what was reported yesterday on its official website, the Costa Rican Electricity Institute (ICE) officially took over Cable Vision’s operations in Costa Rica this Monday, September 2nd, as required by ICE’s board of directors in December 2018.
ICE also reported that 89 people will be hired to fill the key positions that make sure to continue offering the company’s services, such as pay TV and internet. According to the official statement, ICE will guarantees Cable Vision’s continuity, technical support and quality services in Costa Rica, with the entire kölbi products range.
With the aim of strengthen cable TV offer to Cable Vision customers in Costa Rica, ICE reported that it is working on a systems and technical resources migration process considered as necessary for customer service.
