HBO Max, WarnerMedia’s OTT launched in Latin America six months ago, began offering a 50% discount on its annual subscription to celebrate its first semester in the region. In addition, to promote the benefit and incentivize new users, the platform revealed the ranking of the most viewed titles in countries such as Argentina.

As announced by the brand through its social networks, the discount has been available since last December 9 and will remain enabled until January 9, 2022 for all those who have not yet subscribed to the service. On the other hand, the company also released a statement in which it shared the top 5 of the films and series most viewed by the Argentine public, in which they classified: Space Jam: A New Era, Mortal Kombat, Godzilla Vs Kong, Game Of Thrones and Friends.

But it also revealed that in the ranking that includes only series, the most popular stories in the region were those involving power fights, investigations and crimes, among which Succession and Mare Of Easttown stood out, along with WarnerMedia classics such as the sitcom The Big Bang Theory. Finally, with regard to local Max Originals productions, the OTT mentioned that Días de Gallos was the most watched in the country.
