FTA TV broadcasters to develop their strategies to approach themselves the new OTT D2C business on the coming Nextv Series South America’s virtual edition

Dataxis continues to confirm discussion panels for what will be the 2021 Nextv Series South America’s virtual edition, a leading conference that will take place on Wednesday, September 1st and Thursday, September 2nd. One of the panels that will be part of the agenda for the conference’s day 1  is called ‘Evolution of FTA broadcaster’s OTTs’, and will take place on Wednesday, September 1st between 12:00 PM and 12: 45 PM (ART). Industry executives chosen by Dataxis to discuss what are the approaches of FTA broadcasters going OTT D2C are Rodrigo Lara Ibacache, Engineering Manager at Canal 13 (Chile); Juan Carlos Guidobono, Operations and Technology Manager at America TV (Argentina); Charlie Deane, Director of Sales, Latin America at Wildmoka, Diego Scillama, Regional Director, Latam South at Harmonic; Jose Paris, General Manager at Unicanal and TRECE; and Diego Valdes Florenzano, General Editor of Digital Platforms (TVN / 24 Horas) at TVN Chile.
