Crackle launches on Claro Video in Colombia

Claro Video announced that it has added Crackle, Sony Pictures Television’s digital platform, to its entertainment offer in Colombia. Users can subscribe Crackle for CO$ 10,000 per month (USD 3.3), after a free-month trial.
“Claro Video’s offer continues to grow steadily, with the addition of Crackle to the platform in Colombia, we have the possibility of offering users an even more attractive entertainment proposal,” said Andrés Carlesimo, corporate director of products for people and homes. Users can pay the subscription charges through Claro invoice or via credit card.
The launch in Colombia is part of the partnership that both companies started in Mexico at the end of 2017. Sony’s content platform is also available in Claro Video in Chile, Peru, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic, among other countries.
“The arrival of Crackle to Colombia through Claro video, one of our main commercial allies, gives us the opportunity to continue expanding our presence in the region, as well as allowing us to offer users a cured programming proposal with excellent quality,” said Monica Veiga, SVP of Distribution and Channels at Sony Pictures in Latin America.
