Cartoon Network announced new season of ‘CN Tubers’

Cartoon Network announced the second season of CN Tubers. The show will return to Cartoon Network Arabic on October 22, celebrating local content in a fresh new format hosted by Saudi comedian Shakir Sharif.

Sean Gorman, Head of Kids Channels UK, Nordics & MENAT at WarnerMedia commented on the release saying: “We were very much pleased by the success of the show and the overwhelmingly positive audience feedback for the first season of CN Tubers on Cartoon Network Arabic. This encouraged us to immediately start working on season two, which we promised our fans would be bigger and better. The appeal of this all-new format, which brings together the power of Cartoon Network with the charisma of the region’s biggest YouTube stars, has been irresistible for our audiences. We hope they love the new season as much as we enjoyed putting it together”.

It has to be noted that CN Tubers is a locally produced show from the region for the region, it includes some of the region’s most popular content creators. Returning to CN Tubers again for season two are Saudi Reporters, Rakkan and Fasooly. They will be joined by Rozzah and Mariam Hussein, who make their debut this year. The YouTube stars will share their take on shows that include Ben 10, The Amazing World of Gumball, Craig of the Creek, Teen Titans Go, DC Superhero Girls and Apple & Onion. The show also includes new episodes from Falafeelo and Toony.

To recall, the show’s 10 new episodes will air every Friday and Saturday from October 22 onwards. The episodes can also be viewed on the Cartoon Network Arabic channel and will also be available on their website and YouTube page.
