Two years after its launch, Caracol Next, the digital business unit of Caracol Televisión, has positioned the brand in the first place in the online world in Colombia, the company reported in a press release.
The unit bet on the creation of original digital videos, mainly in short format, achieving audience engagement and the opening of new opportunities with Branded Content, Sponsorship and Content Marketing. Caracol Next has created more than 60 productions and more than 800 episodes of all kinds of formats.
One of the projects that Caracol Next has faced in recent months is the new image of Caracol Play, the OTT platform that now includes the Freemium model. In addition, the unit was in charge of the implementation of digital content charging on El Espectador platform, the country’s most traditional media.
Josefina Pérez Dávila, Strategic Vision Manager at Caracol Televisión will participate in the next edition of NexTV Series Colombia, the conference organized by Dataxis that will be held on June 7 at the Convention Center of Tequendama Hotel.
