Atresmedia Internacional reported that its Atreseries pay TV channel’s international version is expanding its presence in Colombia, in partnership with Movistar TV. According to what the Spanish company officially reported, the channel is already available for Movistar TV’s  DTH, Fibra TV and Movistar Play customers in the country.

 Atreseries Internacional’s programming features a catalog of series produced by Atresmedia, such as  ‘Gran Hotel’; ‘El Internado’; ‘Refugiados’ (in coproduction with BBC); ‘Tiempos de guerra’ and ‘Fariña’; as well as other titles like ‘Velvet’ and ‘Vis a Vis’. In addition, and due to an agreement with Globo, Movistar TV clients will also be able to enjoy major Brazilian productions, like ‘Las Cariocas’ and ‘Insensato Corazon’; which debut this month on Atreseries, and which will also have the exclusive debut for ‘Los Increibles 90’.

Mar Martinez-Raposo, Director at Atresmedia Internacional, expressed herself on the Atreserie’s performance and explained that its success is possible because ‘we responded to the overall increase in consumption of this type of content with very careful, high-quality productions that already have an excellent reputation all over the world’.

This way, Atreseries adds itself to Movistar TV catalog, which already offered other Atresmedia Internacional channels, such as ¡HOLA! TV and Antena 3 Internacional.
