As reported by several specialized websites this last Friday, Apple One, Apple’s new offer that bundles its digital platforms, was officially launched globally. The Apple platforms included on Apple One are Apple Music, Apple Arcade, iCloud storage to save photos and videos, and Apple TV+, the company’s new SVOD OTT. In some countries, such as the US and Canada, Apple News+ and Apple Fitness+ will also be included (this last one focused on content for training and physical exercises).
The first option offered by Apple One is called ‘Individual Plan’, with Apple Music; Apple TV+; Apple Arcade and 50 GB in iCloud. The monthly value is MX $ 165 (USD 8). Apple’s offer also includes a ‘Family Plan’ with the same platforms included, although the iCloud GB increases to 200. In this case, the monthly subscription is valued at MX $ 299 (USD 14). In Australia, Canada, the UK and the US, the ‘Premier’ plan will also be offered, which, in addition to the already mentioned services, Apple One includes Apple News+ and Apple Fitness+, for USD 29.99 per month.
Apple has officially launched its SVOD OTT Apple TV+ on November 1st, 2019, for USD 4.99 per month, and offered it for free for those who acquire a device from the company (iPhone; iPad; Apple TV; iPod Touch or Mac). Up to now, the company has not confirmed the launch date of its new platform in Latin America.
