A subsidiary of America Movil announced last Wednesday a partnership agreement with Verizon Media for the Mexican company to market the advertising solutions of the US one in the Latin American country.
According to the information reported by various specialized websites, America Movil Contenido (AMCO) will represent Verizon Media in Mexico, marketing premium advertising, in addition to offering a management platform for advertisers, which will allow Mexican customers access to advertising solutions created by Verizon Media.
‘The partnership we announced with Verizon Media is part of the continued innovation AMCO offers its customers to access more and better advertising solutions, enhancing the brand experience based on our market knowledge, which will ensure a better experience for our users’, said Arturo Elias Ayub, Director of Strategic Alliances and Contents at America Movil.
Armando Rodriguez, VP at Verizon Media in Latin America, has also expressed himself on the agreement, and reported that AMCO ‘shares our commitment to offer innovative advertising experiences and reliable opportunities for consumer participation to create relevant and attractive advertising for a brand’. In addition, he reported that the America Movil subsidiary ‘represents a unique opportunity for Verizon Media to continue to scale in the field’.
AMCO is a subsidiary of America Movil, specialized in the development, production and mass distribution of editorial, news, sports and entertainment content, as well as comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies.
