Telecommunications company Altice Dominicana confirmed it will broadcast Major League MLB matches in Dominican territory through an agreement with the group Multimedios Del Caribe, on channels CDN (channel 37) and CDN Sportsmax, and CDN Radio. Altice TV offers Major League Baseball broadcast on cable TV since 2009 and guarantees full coverage of the MLB in the Dominican Republic.

Multimedios del Caribe has also expressed itself about the broadcasts through CDN Sportsmax, Director, Frank Camilo, who said that ‘it is reason for great rejoicing for Multimedios del Caribe’s family to restart the Major League Baseball broadcasts. We know that it is the favorite sport of us Dominicans and it is a pleasure to be able to offer it to all our audience in both TV channels and in our radio station. We thank Altice Dominicana for having once again trusted in Multimedios del Caribe to be able to make this agreement that benefits, of course, the Dominican market’.
Altice TV customers will have all MLB regular season matches available in the MLB Extra Inning package. The offer can be displayed on all Triple Play and TV plans, from USD 7.70. Altice mobile customers will also have access to all MLB content in the MLB TV application. Multimedios del Caribe will broadcast up to nine live matches a week on TV. CDN Sportsmax will have seven games a week, and CDN Channel 37 will air two on weekends. There will also be a daily match on CDN Radio simultaneously.
