Abu Dhabi Media has announced its new Ramadan line-up that includes more than 20 new shows for its TV channels, Abu Dhabi TV and Emarat TV.
The shows will range from Emirati and regional dramas to comedies as well as informative programmes which will focus on the history of the UAE and its founder Sheikh Zayed.
Some of the key shows for Abu Dhabi TV include Lebanese drama, Al Saahir, also Al Nahaat which is a romance series and followed by an exciting Egyptian series Reggalet Al Beit and to top it up, Jannat Halli – a cross-generational saga about a family in a rapidly modernising Kuwait.
For Emarat TV, shows in the lineup include Al Shahd Al Murr, Khashe’ Nashe, and Miftah Al Qifl.
Among the history programmes, Abu Dhabi TV will show Rijalon Sadako which is an informative selection of quotes by the nation’s founder Sheikh Zayed. Meanwhile, Emarat TV will air Al Shara which is a question-answer session based on local crafts, proverbs, dialects and key moments in history.
