Comviva teamed up with the telecommunications company Zain Jordan to manage the operator’s digital services ecosystem by offering its digital commercial solutions.
“As part of the deal, Comviva will provide its Digital Business Management Suite including Digital Services Delivery Platform (DSDP 2.0) along with its expertise in business operations and digital content to help Zain grow its digital ecosystem,” said a joint statement.
Comviva’s DSDP 2.0 platform will allow Zain Jordan to connect with digital service providers such as call reminder tone (CRBT), video, games, music and live streaming players. ‘The solution will also support new content mediums like augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), live streaming, e-sports to cater the new digital customer, ” the statement added.
“This deal is of strategic advantage to Comviva, as it has given us a footing in the Jordanian market. We are extremely excited to extend our innovative value proposition to Zain, which will help the operator in overcoming the major hurdles in the digital service delivery,” declared Ramy Moselhy, vice president and MENA region chief at Comviva.
