VEQTA targeted by Manchester City for digital content


VEQTA, India’s sports digital broadcast network (OTT), has revealed about its link-up with Manchester City Football Club, a Premier League club, to offer a new content experience for the Indian football enthusiasts.

Users will have access to the full suite of Manchester City Football Club content on the OTT platform of VEQTA which has recently been launched on Android and iOS. The sport content will also include exclusive training sessions, the well-known ‘Inside City’ series from City TV, behind-the-scenes interviews, episodes of the famous ‘Global City Fans’ and activities with the players and manager.

Vikram Tanwar, the co-founder and director at VEQTA, commented about the partnership: “Football is the second largest and the fastest growing sport in India. We are very excited about partnering with an institution with the kind of history, legacy and success that Manchester City has”.

He further added that: “Through this partnership, football fans in India will have a truly global sports experience for the very first time.
