VEQTA strikes deal with Major League Baseball

VEQTA, the sports digital broadcast network of India, has sealed the pact with Major League Baseball (MLB), the professional baseball organization based in the United States.

Following the multi-year deal, the OTT service dedicated to sports content will be streaming more than 20 live games from the MLB weekly during the regular season (April through September). VEQTA will thus be the exclusive OTT rights’ holder over a long term. Full coverage of league’s ‘Jewel Events’- All Star Game (July), Wild Card Games, Division Series, League Championship Series and the World Series (October/November).

Vikram Tanwar, the director of VEQTA revealed that: “We are thrilled to have Major League Baseball, one of the biggest names in the world of sport, partner with us”.

Through this partnership, Indian baseball fans will have access to exclusive baseball content not available in its entirety on any other platform.
