Twitter announced a partnership with Brazil’s National Basketball League (LNB) to live stream on the platform 17 matches of 2017/2018 season.
The games will be available, all Fridays, to logged-in and logged-out users. The first transmission will be on November 10 (Franca vs. Paulistano) and viewers will be able to access via computers, mobile phones, tablets and other connected devices including Apple TV and Xbox One.
“The partnership brings content of great interest to the platform and also opens up space for advertisers to engage in relevant conversations with consumers by sponsoring such quality and safe content to promote their brand,” said Pitter Rodriguez, director of Twitter Sports Partnerships for Latin America.
Recently, the Basketball League also renewed its partnership with Facebook, which will broadcast 14 games of the qualifying phase, every Thursday night.
