TRACE, the youth-focused international media group, has finally launched its hybrid digital service for SVOD, live TV and radio, called Trace Play. The new service will be dedicated to entertainment and Urban music and is available several countries like Africa and will be further accessible in over 200 countries soon.
Users will have unlimited access to ten live music and sports TV channels, alongside 31 live music radios and 2000 films, series, documentaries, concerts and TV shows on-demand. Content are available in both English and French. Urban music, ranging from R&B to Hip Hop, Soca to Afrobeat and DanceHall, Salsa to Gospel, among others, is curated for the platform. The service is accessible on several platforms like iOS, Android smartphones, Apple TV, Mac/PC.
The SVOD library collection will consist of movies like ‘Mum and Dad Meet Sam’ and ‘Hot Boyz’, African blockbusters such as ‘30 Days in Atlanta’ and ‘Ayanda’ , reality TV like ‘Growing up Hip Hop’, ‘Kingin with Tyga’, ‘Cutting it in the ATL’, multicultural series such ‘V-Republic’, ‘Kingmakers’, exclusive music and sport documentaries such as ‘Prince’, ‘Jidenna’, ‘Rihanna’, ‘Salomon Kalou’, ‘Special NBA: From All Stars to Africa’, and legendary concerts (Meshell Ndegeocello, Anderson Paak).
