TIMES NETWORK introduces news channel, Mirror NOW

TIMES NETWORK, the 24-hour English news channel in India, has unveiled a new channel entitled, ‘Mirror NOW’. It is an English General News channel which is going to serve its audience with content revolving around the various issues regarding Women’s safety, Crime, Traffic woes.

Civic issues like Water, Environment, Health, Power and Cleanliness among others, will also be brought into the limelight. The new channel is accessible on former Magicbricks Now platform (on which Mirror NOW is being launched), being distributed on cable and satellite networks.

Rahul Shivshankar, Chief Editor at TIMES NOW revealed: “As a network that caters to 100 million urban affluent viewers in India, it was important for us to diversify our channel offering and content. With the heavy news flows and emergence of new political and economic centres there was a teething need to launch a new channel to cater to this segment”.
