Spuul, the over-the-top (OTT) service based in Mumbai, will have something new on its platform. The online streaming service for Indian cinema has upped its movie content with Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Tamasha’. The movie will be available on several devices like Web, mobile (iOS and Android), Smart TV, Chromecast on Android, Airplay on iOS and Fire on Amazon.
‘Tamasha’ is a very popular movie which was released last year. It is an Indian romantic drama film, having as protagonists Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. It tells the story of Ved Vardhan Sahni in three stages–as a nine-year-old child, a 19-year-old adolescent and a 30-year-old adult in a drama-based non-linear screenplay. All Spuul subscribers will have access to the movie.
To recall, Imtiaz Ali’s movie has been added to the movie collection which already include renowned movies such as ‘Swades’, ‘Rang de Basanti’ and ‘PK’. The new addition will join thousand other movie titles from Bollywood, Malayalam, Indian and Punjabi languages existing in the library of Spuul.
