Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has acquired the media rights to Nexa P1 Powerboat. The company is the broadcaster partner for the first edition of the Indian Grand Prix of the Seas. It is a global series in powerboat racing and has been introduced by the sports management company Procam International in India.
The program will be telecast live and there will be another screen which is going to provide personalized content. Live programming will be extended over nine hours on Sony ESPN, Sony ESPN HD, Sony Pix and Sony Pix HD channels from March 3 to 5.
The event will also go live on Sony Liv, the on-demand service of SPNI.
