OSN, the pay TV operator in the Middle East, is adding a number of channels to its network. The new collection will consist of kids’ channel, different kinds of sports channels, news channel and other channels to provide a wide range of content.
Available around the clock, OSN Kid Zone TV is a new channel providing edutainment for the young ones. Featuring on the channel are popular programming like ‘Barney & Friends’ and ‘Thomas & Friends’, among others.
The sports channels’ list is expanding with the addition of new channels which consists of OSN Sports Action 1 HD, OSN Sports Action 2 HD and OSN Sports 5 HD. Content will be recent and will be localized, with Arabic programming. The OSN Sports Action network will focus on WWE Raw and Smackdown, UFC, MotoGP, WorldSBK, Formula E, NCAA March Madness and FIVB Beach Volleyball, among others. The OSN Sports 5 HD will feature other sports category like the British and Irish Lions Tour of New Zealand, as well as Super Rugby, NRL, The Rugby Championship and the Giro d’Italia.
The addition of GINX Esports TV will bring about a new 24/7 video gaming network and TV. It offers entertainment in Hindi to subscribers of the Pehla Pack. Subscribers of Pinoy Pack will be entitled to MyxTV and ABS-CBN Regional Channel (ARC). While the first-mentioned channel is a premium speciality network encompassing lifestyle, music and other original content, the second one offers news, series, special events and others.
