OSN, the pay-TV platform based in Dubai, and Viacom International Media Networks, has extended their deal. Different channels including Paramount channel, Nickelodeon and Nicktoons, from Viacom will now be available to the pay-TV platform in MENA.
The Paramount channel, the television channel showcasing the Paramount Pictures film catalogue, with blockbuster movies, modern series and behind-the-scenes features will be available as from next month. The new Nicktoons will feature animated cartoon like ‘Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness’, ‘Tuff Puppy’ and the series ‘Monsters vs. Aliens’, in English and Arabic languages.
The Teen Nick On Demand channel will as well be offered. The channel will be serving its audience with content from Nickelodeon, such as ‘iCarly’, ‘Sam and Cat’ and ‘Victorious’, which will be subtitled in Arabic for the teenagers, on OSN Play and OSN On Demand.

The Paramount Channel in MENA is the next step forward in this rapid expansion and a very important launch”, he also said.
At the other end, Emad Morcos, chief content officer, OSN, said: “The three new channels, in addition to the offering already available, give our viewers access to the very best entertainment from around the world. With most of this amazing entertainment also available on OSN Play, customers can choose how and when they enjoy their favourite shows and movies”.
