The new channel Argentv will launch on Argentina’s DTT platform in September with a programming lineup including TV shows of culture, news, humor, sports, social and children’s content. It will be available on channel 29.

The channel will broadcast from Buenos Aires City but it presents itself as “federal”. The head of the new signal is the entrepreneur Ezequiel Martinez, while the director is Roberto Valerstein.

Argentv aims to attract the audience with a “popular proposal without political flags”, including TV programs led by well-known journalists, singers and personalities from local show business.

Currently, the DTT platform of Argentina offers 15 national channels, in addition to other local signals operating from several provinces.
