MultiChoice, the African pay-TV operator, is bringing the female entertainment channel, Viasat Life to its viewers on DStv and its sister channel, GOtv in Africa.
Viasat Life offers content which is comprised of premieres making up 75% of the total, targeting young families and little ones.
Emma Jones, VP of commercial affairs, revealed that: “We are extremely excited about launching Viasat Life on DStv, and spreading our audience reach ever-further across 43 African territories. With its aspirational style of programming, featuring big names from the worlds of food, fashion, movies and music, we believe Viasat Life will resonate with audiences across Africa”.
The channel is considered as a reward to the customer loyalty programmes, DStv Thanks and GOtv WOW, launched yesterday.
