NexTV CEO Latin America will gather the leading pay TV, free-to-air, OTT and TV networks executives. The fourth edition of the event, organized by Dataxis, will be held on November 2 and 3 at The Biltmore hotel in Miami and will feature more than 55 speakers in ten executive panels.
The conference will present the experiences and successful cases of the main operators of the region. Pay TV executives will debate in several panels on the deployment of hybrid systems, the aggregation of OTT content and multi-screen rights. Among the CEOs of pay TV companies participating in the conference are Fabiana Orlotti of Montecable; Roque Lombardo of Supercable; Javier Ruete of TCC and Julio Di Bella Roldan of Stargroup – Star TV.
Free-to-air TV strategies will also be discussed at NexTV CEO Latin America. The main broadcasters are adapting to the new consumer demands and moving towards multi-screen models. In this context, the debate will be around advertising and monetization models, integration in streaming media players and the role of social networks, among others. Some of the executives who will analyze these topics are Daniel Zanardi, CEO of Artear (Argentina); Eric Jurgensen, CEO of América TV Perú; Gabriel Martin Reyes Copello, president of RCN TV and Patricio Hernández, CEO of Mega from Chile.
The conference will also bring together executives of top TV programmers, who will debate in several panels on packages and aggregation of TV everywhere, user interfaces, international distribution and the impact of binge watching. Among these executives are Francisco Smith, EVP of Distribution and Media Development of HBO Latin America; Gonzalo Fiure, SVP & CCO Latam & US Hispanic of FOX Networks Group and Anna Gordon, EVP for Latin America of BBC Worldwide.
In addition, some of the networks will share their experience on sports live streaming, which includes major challenges such as delivering the content in high quality for multi-sessions. To talk about these topics will be José Platao Rocha, General Manager of DirecTV Sports and Ray Warren, President of Telemundo Deportes, among other speakers.
