Icflix, the streaming and VOD platform based in the Middle East North Africa is extending its reach in Tunisia. It is partnering with Orange Tunisia, one of the subsidiary of the Orange Group. The collaboration will allow Icflix to offer Orange Tunisia’s users to have access to its content’s library.
Both hybrid and prepaid customers of Orange Tunisia will be offered with over 20000 hours of Icflix content whether they have a daily, weekly or monthly subscription. Including in the collection of content is a vast array of Jazwood (Arabic) movies and TV shows (available online), together with Hollywood and Bollywood content.
New customers will be proffered with a limited offer subscribing to the monthly premium plan and will receive two months of Icflix streaming service for no extra cost. Tunisian movies like ‘El Ziara’, ‘The Last Mirage’ and ‘Borders of Heaven’, ‘The Giver’, ‘St. Vincent’ and ‘The Rover’, will be accessible. The younger audience will be served with a large collection of programming which include cartoon series like ‘Dunia’.
Amine Lalami, chief commercial officer at Icflix, stated: “Orange Tunisia customers will have the freedom to watch what they want and when they want on up to five devices, and we will ensure their customers receive the best of Icflix content with ease and uncompromising quality. Subtitles and alternate audio options are also available to make sure the content is accessible for French, and Arabic speakers”.
Elsewhere, Anis Gouesmi, the VAS Manager of Orange Tunisia, said: “Our partnership with Icflix is a valuable step forward aiming to enrich our content offer and make our customers benefit from a major SVOD service in the MENA region”.
