Hathway launches VoD service with Eros

Hathway Cable and Datacom and Eros International have joined hands to launch a subscription-based movie streaming service, Broadband Movies, in India. The service can be accessed by Hathway Broadband customers from Eros Now platform. The service is being launched with a two months free trial period and will be available with a monthly subscription based pricing for unlimited viewing of movies.

“Broadband Movies is an opportunity for us to partner with a leading content provider in Eros Now while simultaneously offering consumers meaningful services that enhance their high speed connection in a completely legal and secure manner,” said Jagdish Kumar, MD of Hathway.

“We are delighted to partner with Hathway and make our exhaustive Bollywood and regional Indian language movie library available to all of Hathway’s subscribers.
