Globacom Nigeria Limited said it has mapped out plans that would help position the Nigerian economy on the right digital path. These plans would also enable the telecom company to rival its many competitors.
Glo will launch an Artificial Intelligence platform which will interact directly with customers while providing assistance. These include helping customers to choose the right data plan and call credit, as well as help resolve other issues such as balance enquiry/Value Added Service (VAS). The service will be available 24/7.
