After several months of negotiations, Fox Networks Group (FNG) Latin America and DirecTV have reached a new carriage deal to keep channels on the operator’s platform in Latin America. In addition, Sky Brazil customers will be able to watch Fox channels again.
“Fox Networks Group Latin America celebrates with its fans, appreciates their loyalty and informs that, after month of negotiations, it has reached a deal to keep distributing its networks on Directv in Latin America,” said FNG in a statement.
The agreement also establishes the return of the channels on Sky Brazil’s platform, from where they had been withdrawn last February 5.
“Fox Networks Group Latin America appreciates Directv Latin America’s confidence to reach a deal that benefits our fans, who will continue to enjoy their favorite shows,” the company added.
