Facebook continues to invest on its new video programming. Now, the social network has greenlighted two new original series, Deadline reported.
The first one, “Returning the Favor” features Mike Rowe (“Somebody’s Gotta Do It”) as he travels the country searching for people who put their community over themselves and shines a spotlight on their contributions. According to Deadline, a recently filmed episode focuses on a motorcycle mechanic who runs an operation helping vets with PTSD. The second project is a docuseries about basketball players Lonzo, Liangelo and LaMelo Ball.
Facebook had previously ordered other projects: the reality competition series “Last State Standing”, the relationship drama “Strangers” and was in talks to continue the comedy “Loosely Exactly Nicole”.
