Pay TV channel Comedy Central (Viacom) launched the new pan-regional campaign “Fundación Comedy Central” (Comedy Central Foundation) with the aim of consolidating the brand through one of its most emblematic contents: the stand-up.
The campaign will have local versions in each of the markets where it launches (Argentina, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil). Comedy Central Foundation parodies the language and the classic resources of the campaigns focused on the protection of the wildlife. The spots feature comedians from all countries. In Argentina, for example, it participate Bimbo Godoy, Noelia Custodio, Fernanda Metilli and Grego Rossello, among others.
“Through the Comedy Central Foundation campaign, we sought to highlight the humorous essence of the channel, while at the same time reinforcing our position as pioneers of the stand-up genre in the region,” said Federico Cuervo, Senior Vice President of VIMN Americas and Brand Manager of Comedy Central.
