Brazilian TV network SBT arrives in the US

Brazilian TV network SBT has signed a deal with the streaming platform Brusa TV to distribute its content in the United States, where around 1.5 million Brazilian immigrants and descendants live.
SBT is now available on the BR Channels package, which also includes Globo, soccer channel PFC, FashionTV Brasil and the channels of the independent programmer Box Brasil, among others. The content is available in HD through PCs, Smart TVs, Apple and Android devices, Chromecast, Amazon TV and Roku.
Brusa TV platform was created in 2016 by businessman Tony de Souza and TV producer Orlando Mendes. On its website, the company states that its mission is “to bring joy, information and public usefulness to the Brazilian community and to all the Portuguese speakers living in the United States of America.”
