ALT Balaji unveils its programming

The OTT service of Balaji Telefilms, ALT Balaji, is finally live on Google Play Store and has unveiled its content programming.

Categories of content include movies, shows, comedy and kids. Viewers will be able to watch English and Korean shows with shows in Indian language to be available soon.

ALT Balaji will be offering four original Hindi shows in the name of ‘DEV DD’, ‘Romil and Jugal’, ‘Once Upon a Night’ and ‘Boygiri’. The first three shows mentioned are drama genre and the last one is a comedy one. Added to the collection is a Tamil thriller, ‘Maya Thirrai’.

Shows already available are ‘The Doctor Blake’ (mysteries), ‘Endeavour’ (crime), ‘Murdoch Mysteries’ (crime) and ‘Love/Hate’ (a gangster drama). Korean shows, involve ‘Cheo Yong’ (crime), ‘Gab Dong’ (mystery), ‘Signal’ (crime) and ‘Who are you?’ (horror).

For the kids, original shows yet to be featured are ‘Ding Dong Bell LOL’ (English animation), ‘Moe Doe the frenenemies’ (Hindi animation), ‘Happy lucky Ki Batti B…’ (Hindi animation) and ‘Nursery Rhymes’ (English animation). Already available are shows like ‘Little Krishna’ (animation, in English and Hindi) ‘Shaktimaan’ (action, in Hindi, Tamil and English) and ‘Mademoiselle Zazie’ (animation, in English and Hindi).

Comedy movies freely accessible are ‘Kyaa Kool Hai Hum’, ‘Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3’, ‘Main Tera Hero’, ‘C KKompany’, ‘Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi’ and ‘Kyo Kii…Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta’.

Movies’ collection will consist of ‘Lootera’, ‘Love Sex Aur Dhokha’, ‘Shor in the city’, ‘Koi Aap Sa’ ‘Kucch To Hai’, ‘Ragini MMS’, ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbai’, ‘Krishna Cottage’ and ‘Shootout at Lokhandwala’.
